The 3rd International Conference on High-Strength Steel and Hot Stamping (ICHSU 2016) was successfully held in Xi'an in August 2016. Mr. Steffen, project manager of InfraTec Company, gave a speech at the meeting titled "Temperature and Position Control during Hot Stamping and Quenching Process"-Thermal Process Monitoring ", summarizing the Press-Check infrared imaging temperature measurement monitoring system launched by InfraTec Company, and the application of infrared imaging technology in the hot stamping process. It describes how to use hardware and software, including high-performance infrared cameras, to help customers ensure safe production, high efficiency, high quality, and monitor component hardness and mold wear. The engineering technicians and R & D personnel attending the meeting expressed great interest in this technology and system solution, and raised some problems that may be encountered during the application process.
